A one-off integration fee to build. A flat monthly fee to run. Your exact figures arrive in the written estimate at the end of the discovery call.
The integration fee covers the five-day build of your first five workflows. The monthly fee covers running them: the models, the monitoring, the fixes, and new workflows when you ask for them. Both are fixed in your written estimate before you commit a penny - priced against the hours they return, so the arithmetic is yours to check. A three-month initial term - the same window as the guarantee - then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice.
Our guarantee
Your written estimate states the hours your workflows will return. If they miss it over your first 90 days, we refund the integration fee in full. The estimate is the yardstick; nothing vaguer.

No. It takes the repetitive work off them - the chasing, the re-keying, the reporting - so the same people can look after more customers and spend their time on work that actually needs a human.

“How do I stay in control?”
You write the guardrails. Every action lands in a log you can read, anything unusual is flagged to a human, and any step you mark as approval-only stays approval-only. Your written estimate names, workflow by workflow, which actions can ever run unattended - and customer-facing, financial, or irreversible steps can stay approval-only for good.

Named scopes per system, agreed before we connect anything, and read-only until you sign off go-live. The full access list is written into your estimate, and you can revoke it at any time.

“What are we actually paying for?”
Not a secret model - we build on the best AI available (Anthropic’s Claude) and the systems you already own. You’re paying for the part that has no shortcut: engineers who design the workflows around your firm, wire them into your systems, run them on a dedicated UK server, watch them daily, and keep building. If Animus vanished tomorrow, your data and workflow definitions are exported and returned under our DPA - they leave with you.
